Sorry about the slow forum speed!

Hi everyone,

I've noticed how slow the forum has been lately. This is because we have been getting many new members and the server is not designed to take this amount of load and traffic. I'm working with my friend to fix this problem as soon as possible and add new faster servers to support the increased traffic. This will most likely take a few days.

New members are a great...even the new members are an assit to the SC community as they may have tips/advice to give.

For sure :)
The servers will be upgraded to support more traffic so in a couple of days it shouldn't be a problem at all :top:

Is there anything we can do to help... like expire our old threads... empty message boxes ect?

emptying messages doesn't help immediately but it def helps on the load on the servers.

Thanks for the update, Boo, I thought it was my computer so glad to know it isn't...I wondered if it was more traffic...I seem to be telling people constantly when I am shopping about us...a lot of interest in the stores re where we find out about the great coupons, I write the address down for folks all the time lately....

Oops...I bragged about y'all on my blog and have been plugging that post on my Twitter, where I have 5500 followers, though the majority are not Canadian... so it might be partially my fault for sending a bunch of Canucks your way! (I'm just so grateful for these forums and wanted to share the wealth!)
