I'm a little confused, are you getting $0.03 for each click at least, and the number of Offers Completed is increasing?
Have you checked your Pending Offer Status, or Your Completed Offer Status?

I think you should maybe clear your cookies and cache. If you see the offers that you know you clicked under Offers Pending, and you see the date is from yesterday, then just delete it. Those ones won't credit at that point, but then they will be available for you to click again.

To Clear Cookies:

-Go to Tools (top left hand corner of page beside "favourites" or "bookmarks")
-Go down to "Clear Recent History" (Mozilla), or "Delete Browing History" (IE)
-Choose what you want to delete by checking it off (cache/cookies)
