LA Dodgers defeat the Washington Nationals 4 - 3 and now go on to meet the Chicago Cubs in the NLCS.
Toronto versus Cleveland starting tonight (Oct 14th) to determine the AL Champion.
Los Angeles versus Chicago starting Oct 15th to determine the NL Champion.
The winners of each of these series will meet in the World Series starting on Tuesday Oct 25th.

Gord Downie About Projects, Memory Loss
In a Thursday interview with CBC’s Peter Mansbridge, Hip frontman Gord Downie revealed that he continues to work on multiple projects, even as his memory fades.
The musician’s fight against terminal brain cancer won’t stop the Canadian icon from working on another record with Tragically Hip bandmates.
Downie admitted that he had to write “Peter” on his hand so he wouldn’t forget his interviewer’s name. He also required assistance from 7 teleprompters during the band’s final tour this past summer.
