Jana was lucky she stopped just in time. I think everyone is getting paranoid once they hit the $1,000 mark or even $900!

It looks like it is my 2nd year anniversary being an SC'er - it has been a pleasure conversing with you all on a daily basis and meeting up with some of you here and there!


Looks like there's not much happening at the Sound Academy for a while, well, there are shows but none I would care to attend!

Tonight is the last LB game for Thursday nights so I hope the rain stops, Thursday nights are fun

I'm still trying to get caught up.... I taught a WHMIS and basic Fall Protection training this afternoon and have another one scheduled to teach tomorrow afternoon. Between taking the first aid course yesterday and teaching today, I'm falling behind on everything else....

Holy crap can I relate to that. Teaching WHMIS is just a thrill a minute, how can you contain yourself from the adrenaline high?

Keep in mind that there may be no rhyme or reason to the prizing. They have already punched 6 people in the face on the 3rd grab, with 4 of those being Kim's callers. They only did that 5 times in the whole contest last year. Take what you are satisfied with and stop. I've described the strategy I would use (4 grabs for Kim or Joanne, 5 or 6 for JD) but be careful when you get past $1300 for Joanne, $1500 for Kim or $2000 for JD. If you or any member of your Impossible Mission Force are captured or killed, the secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.

psells - I think you have been bang on with your advise of these.... Let's hope we can get another SC winner soon!!!

Hope everyone enjoyed their day.

I stayed up way past my bedtime, so ended up staying at my folks`with Lily dog (Quincy cat had to guard our home from the evil new doggy neighbour that dared to bark at him through the door ). My friend had a couple of folks over & was sweet enough to make me a special dinner, since I was allergic to what everyone else was having (I would have been happy with the garlic bread & salad, but I would have been in trouble with the chef, so kept my mouth shut ). Too bad there weren`t any leftovers.

Off to take Lily dog for her evening constitutional, then back to getting ready for my parents`return (I`m in shock that it`s been 3 weeks since they left!). Going to miss having their car.

yes.... WHMIS is so exciting.... I will be teaching it again at least twice in the month of October too.... It's going to be a challenge getting the rest of the employees scheduled so it may end up being 3 times......

I'm having a "good" WSIB visit tomorrow... I participated in a WSIB training course for small business in the spring. The trainer is coming out tomorrow to "help". I'm actually feeling good about my recent safety accomplishments. I told her that I wasn't 100% there, but she's ok with my shortfalls and will not penalize us.... Fingers crossed... I'll let you know tomorrow....
