Glad it's nice out today - lots of walking in store for me. Off to the Humane Society, then over to the Eaton Center, then to dinner, then to see RENT. I had originally bought tickets for Saturday June 9 for my daughter and I but a concert came up she wants to go to so she went on Craig's list and managed to trade them for tonight. Since I would have preferred the Saturday and the tickets were a little better, she also gave up her allowance. Oh and this person gave us 3 tickets for our 2 so I guess that works out....It's a small place and the seats are only 2 rows behind and to the left but that should be alright. She was going to go on the Saturday even if she couldn't exchange the tickets but I'm glad she managed to because she wouldn't have enjoyed it as much thinking about what she was missing!!!

Double ouch!!!! That is really fantastic your son is willing to pay to help his poor doggy, if he had of belonged to someone who couldn't or wouldn't pay up I hate to think what would happen to him...............so many pets suffer because of such high vet prices.......

H team: What kind of money did you get charged for your furball's extraction - must have been a lot since she/he had to stay over as well.....

Son wanted to do everything he could, dog is only 2 1/2 & would have been put down if they didn't do all they could. He could no longer walk.

hope you have a BBQ to cook on as well as a microwave or toaster oven. that should do you till done. the up side is it will be new, modern & BEAUTIFUL when done.
good to hear puppy is recovering for surgery.
nice job on the landscaping, hope they don't ruin it too much or at least put back together the way they found it.

don't know yet. i was able to stop in last night before they closed & spent some time with my furball. she was still a bit groggy, but was happy to see me. she got belly rubs & was purring like crazy. her eye looks much better, now that the swelling has gone down. i was going to pay last night, but they didn't have the bill totalled off yet. guess i'll find out tonight.
