Just move it low & slow until you're fully awake, as there is no need to lumber,
Make your list of the tasks that you are wanting to see completed,
It seems that slowpoke monday is a theme we have repeated,
Have the kind of day where you feel comfy & at ease,
& while you all are eating breakfast, I shall try & find my keys.
