Good morning. Not a bad weekend though still no boating, but a lot of pool sides with drinks and food so I can’t complain. Did not think much of the road closure between Queen and Gerard on Yonge Street. We went to it on Friday afternoon. Couple spots had benches on only a couple of patios open. We stopped at the Firkin. The food and drinks were good but you are sitting about three feet from traffic with only those concert metal fences between you and moving traffic , no concrete barriers. At one point a gust of wind blew the fence right out into traffic and all the umbrellas few, bouncing off the cars and almost into Baton Rouge. Would not go down for that again. It’s much nicer when they close off whole street like Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow.

On Sauchiehall Street it would be the Celtic and Rangers fans throwing the metal fences at one another.
