Clockwork Angels: the Novel
I plan on reading this and have put in a hold request for it through Mississauga Library...
Clockwork Angels is a project like no other and, for fans of Rush, is the equivalent of someone writing a companion novel to Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band at the same time it was released. Bestselling sci-fi novelist Kevin J. Anderson, whose has written Star Wars and X-Files books, here turns an awesome musical adventure into an epic steampunk tale. The story centres around a young man's quest to follow his dreams. He is caught between the grandiose forces of order and chaos in a tale of lost cities, pirates, anarchists, carnivals and a rigid watchmaker. http://www.syndetics.com/index.aspx?...&client=misslp
Good morning, thank you for the kind words for both my dad and co-worker. Have a great day!

Here we are with cabinets, but before countertops. the range hood is in place. That was quite a procedure getting that in with the venting through to the outside. (almost ready to burn dinner, ha ha)
Meanwhile, in other news, I got through my MRI on Saturday without any drugs, but in a calm and relaxed manner. I rewarded myself with a mocha latte at Tims for that...
...I also took my husband for an outing to the bank yesterday. That was his first time in the 2 year old car.I probably should have borrowed a folding wheelchair instead of the big heavy one. I managed loading and unloading by myself, although not too quickly. the chair fits into the back of the car, (back seat down),with no room to spare when on its side, pushed in straight.
