10000 (ten thousand) is the natural number following 9999 and preceding 10001

Many languages have a specific word for this number: in Ancient Greek it is μύριοι (related to the word myriad in English), in Aramaic ܪܒܘܬܐ, in Hebrew רבבה (revava), in Chinese 萬/万 (Mandarin wŕn, Cantonese maan6), in Japanese 万/萬 [man], in Korean 万/만/萬 [man], and in Thai หมื่น [meun]. It is often used to mean an indefinite very large number.[1]
The Greek root was used in the earlier versions of the metric system in the form myria-.
The number 10000 can also be written 10,000 (UK and US), 10.000 (Europe mainland), 10 000 (transition metric), or 10•000 (with the dot raised to the middle of the zeroes; metric).
    CONGRATS!!!

Burning my way through another year!

How many angels are there, do you think???

(Revelation 5:11) . . .the number of them was myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands. .

    Myriads of myriads :
    20,000 x 20,000= 400,000,000
    thousands of thousands:
    2,000 x 2,000= 4,000,000

    404,000,000 (minimum)

Have you lost yourself? Go on a walk-about. Keep walking until you find yourself.
