Tom Johnson is the singer for The Doobie Brothers. I saw them last year in New York, a trip I won with Q107. I also saw Tom and the Doobies a few years ago at Casino Rama. They put on an excellent show. Check them out the next time they come to the area.

I know he's with the DOOBIES, JESTER just didn't know if he was still with them. One of my FAV bands.
I would almost do anything to see them again. I saw them in Ottawa in the mid 70s, saw Joe Walsh with them. I saw them in To. at Kingswood in 1991. I also saw Joe Walsh with Ringo Starr and his All Star Band. Nils Lophgren, Dave Edmunds, Timothy B. Schmidt from Eagles, Joe Walsh, Tim Capeillo from East Street Band, Todd Rungren, Burton Cummings and of course Ringo and his son Zach. What an AWESOME concert at Kingswood at Can. Wonderland. 1992. Never ever will I forget.

I was at that Ringo Starr concert at Kingswood. It was awesome! Jeff Healy was the opening act. Then at the end of the show Jeff Healy came out at the encore to play While My Guitar Gently Weeps.

Evening Q sters,

tonight at 5:30pm, i lost my love, my husband, my best friend.
both rodent & i were with him till the end, each holding on to hand to ease him thru his journey to God.
Doctors diagnosed him with lung cancer October 18/12. it was a very rapid & aggressive cancer that took less than a month to end his life. tonight i know is no longer in pain & is free from that ugly disease. he is reunited with his mother, who had left us in 1995. Rest in Peace, i will miss you dearly.

Sad to say our "Life of PI" excursion is a no go. Our daughter injured her back, so the better half has gone down to help with the grandchildren. We weren't going to pick up the tickets until today so we can't even offer them up to anyone
