good morning everyone, what a beautiful sunny morning, the snow is so clean looking up here mixed in with the evergreens, the bay is a beautiful blue. was hoping some deer would come out this morning. havent seen any in awhile.

thanx for the firewood, cup and cup holder. i hope mcskier and attitash are having the time of their lives right now, this snow is so powdery it would be awesome for skiing. i may do a little clean up today with the snowblower it wasnt as bad up here as down there. the storm stopped yesterday afternoon, but most of yesterday was high wind. sorry rocklobster i will take the snow over the tropical storms that blow in down there, although hiding in the basement with all the wine could be interesting.

Lily dog and I were already out playing in the sn*w (bounce in the sn*w for 30 seconds until our feet were cold, come inside for a minute, then back out, over and over - I wonder if those reviewing the security cameras are going to think I'm insane).

Better go feed the troops.

hope everyone on here is safe and no accidents or anything, havent seen word on here about any issues so that awesome. i guess when you have been through as many winter storms as most of us have been, and going back i mean real winter storms, they really dont worry us anymore because we know the procedure.

what a beautiful day with all the sunshine. last night's drive home was great, much better than the drive in. the plows had done a great job of clearing the roads. the beauty part was no one was on the road. didn't see another car till i got to the QE/403 split & then it was just a few. Milton had done a good job of clearing their roads & even our road was cleared, usually doesn't happen that early. thanx to our neighbour with the big tractor & rodent for keeping the driveway cleared so i didn't have to do it when i got home. just had to shovel the walkway to the front door. there was about three feet on it. took a look this morning & it's still cleared, so the white stuff had run it course by the time i was home. had to get rodent up at 5:30am to go to work for 7am. don't remember the last time she had to get up that early. i went back to sleep for a couple of more hours. got a bunch of errands to do before the Michael White concert tonight, so i better get going. have a great caturday.

Well done Berndawg each day is another step in a good direction. I'm into my 17th month and not looking back or missing them at all.

Yes... Traffic was very light and Easy Going.

I Moved my Car earlier in the Day as I was going to be a Fixture in a Snow Bank.

Think that Helped me as I Cleaned off my Car and was on my Way in about 5x Minutes.

The Truck never arrived.
It seems that the Driver came, said to himself "I might get stuck, so I had better not Try" and left.
We-were-not-Informed!!!!

I Waited for 1.5x Hours for Not!!!!
Management is going to Rip them a New One come Monday.

common courtesy, what happened to that? i understand the driver's delema, but a phone call is all it takes to let people know.

Guess where I'm going today??? I w*rked remotely yesterday, but I wasn't able to get everything done that I needed to do, so I need to go to the office this morning.... my boss asked me if I needed any help - at least she offered... (She could have asked me earlier this week ) Oh well... I'll be on a plane soon enough.....

Thank you all for the condolences. We actually went to visit my best friend yesterday, so I feel a lot better about not being there for her next week... She knows that I will certainly be there in spirit...

I better get moving - it's going to be a busy day today...
