Off to the forest with Aussie Girl.... hopefully one of the motley crew will have arisen by the time I get back, and will have started to make brunch/lunch...a wee bit of a yahoo here last night....judging by the 24's at the side of the house, and a lone shoe by the hot tub...no worries - I did check in the tub....
the olduns were in the Leaf cave, the 20 somethings were everywhere else...lol

,Hey Everyone,

So frustrating trying to get on my desktop computer today - it keeps turning itself off, doing updates etc. and it keeps saying connecting but it isn't!!! I wanted to put my pictures onto it and sync some music but I haven't been able to get it to work - so frustrating so I'm on the laptop now. Called rogers to see if there was a problem but doesn't seem to be one with them.

Anyways I did get through to Q107 an hour ago, I was the 7th caller through when they played "Who Am I?" They were speaking of David Gilmour when they gave a few hints like he's from Cambridge and his last name is the same as a famous hockey player, I was shocked when I actually got through.....so I won a Zombies CD and DVD set. I told Andy I had just gone to see them at the Sound Academy - he was pleased with that! Were any of you listening? - he repeated my name a few times. When he asked how I was I said somewhat frustrated and I wasn't kidding - I was sitting at the computer still trying to get it going when I got through to him!

A cowboy from Calgary appeared before St. Peter at the Pearly Gates.

'Have you ever done anything of particular merit?' asked St. Peter.

'Well, I can think of one thing,' the cowboy offered. 'On a trip to
Kansas, I came upon a gang of bikers who were threatening a young
woman. I directed them to leave her alone, but they wouldn't listen.

So, I approached the largest and most tattooed biker and smacked him
in the face, kicked his bike over, ripped out his nose ring, and threw
it on the ground. I yelled, 'Now, back off or I'll kick the out
of all of you!

St. Peter was impressed, 'When did this happen?'
'Couple of minutes ago.'
