From my kitchen & from my front porch,
With rep so hot, that it’s gonna scorch,

& rep for the goodies in your cookie jar,

I've simmered a pot of reppin' stew,
& I'm gonna share it will all of you,
It's got parsnips, potatoes, carrots & beans,
Some tomatoes, snap peas & collard greens
Red peppers, green peppers & garlic galore,
& you can’t buy this stew in your grocery store,
I’ve added lots of onions that were evenly diced,
& a slew of seasonings to keep it spiced,
Some corn, some chick peas & some guy peas too,
& the secret ingredient, if you only knew!

It seems like it is a good kind of saturday to take it nice & easy indoors.
