She does, doesn't she !! I only wish I looked like her.

I WAS an activist, but not as confrontational as Rachel.
She was tough, but her heart was in the right place.
I didn't even know they made a movie about it until years later, but wasn't surprised.
Watching again today; brought back so many memories, esp. losing Bam Bam, then the parents being freed.
Cried again. The experience was such an emotional roller coaster.

It's about a family of grey whales trapped by ice in Alaska, & the extraordinary efforts to free them.
It's a TRUE STORY, & I WAS THERE !!!!!!!!!

Seriously our golden was like that - she would snurffle through the snow non stop...loved the snow..now dear sweet aussie girl not so much....lol....after about 45 minutes she's ready for a fireside nap.....
