Good morning my Q friends. The summer weather is finally here. Maybe a little too much humidity but I'm not complaining. Bring on the sunshine.

Good Morning. The wife is not a big fan of Burton Cummings hopefully the show will change her mind. I have only seen him live once. It was at the El Mocambo with Savoy Brown, and they were great. Almost died that night when the brakes gave out on the old rust bucket Plymouth Valiant we were driving down Bayview. They gave out on the hill at Steeles and we went right though the red light between cars going in opposite directions.

As far as I know Burton Cummings is a disrespectful women abuser. He's so full of himself that Randy Bachman said he would never work with him again. All I've heard is bad bad things about him. I wouldn't go to see him if you paid me. He is a good singer I have to give him that. But I can't listen to him now without feeling sick inside. What goes around comes around hope it bites him in the crotch or ass.

KT's - You seen Savoy Brown at the El mo? When was that? Somehow I missed that one. They are one of my old favorites since the early 70's. Never get tired of listening to them, in fact I was listening to their music all the way downtown as I walked the other day. How were they?

When I was at the Kitchener Blues Festival I bought a CD/DVD of Savoy Brown - Songs from the Road. Been so busy haven't watched it yet but I will!!! I've got lots of their CD's! Fantastic Band!
