This would make a great treat to give away to all the kids in your child's classroom or even a cute stocking stuffer.
CANDY CHRISTMA...S SLEDS
Items needed:
Kit Kat regular sized bars
Candy Canes
Hershey Mini's, (I used the Christmas Edition)
Ribbon and bows
Hot glue gun, two glue sticks
Mark two lines on the bottom of the Kit Kat bars, this is where you will attach the Candy Canes. Run a line of hot glue on your marks and attach the candy canes, do this one at a time and let them set up for a minute.
Put a drop of hot glue on the edges of the Hershey Mini's wrappers and attach them to the sled bottom, you will stack them 4, then 3, then 2, then 1. Let this set up for a minute.
Tie a pretty piece of ribbon around the sled, and tape the ends to the bottom of the sled, (don't use hot glue on the ribbon~~ don't ask)
Add a ribbon to the top!! Viola~~ a cute and edible gift!!

Every year a bunch of neo-Nazis march through the German village of Wunsiedel to the former gravesite of Adolf Hitler's deputy Rudolf Hess.
This year, the town decided to do something about their Nazi problem by letting them continue to march, while at the same time, collecting money for an anti-Nazi group called EXIT-Germany.
For every meter they marched, local businesses agreed to donate money to the organization, and by the end of the day, they had raised about $12,500. The Nazis didn't know about the fundraiser until they saw signs along the route encouraging them and reporting on their progress.
You can watch video (in German with English subtitles) - produced by the group who organized the event, "Right-wing Extremists Against Right-wing Extremists."

I mostly worry about Daisy's paws, the vaseline and pam are suppose to help protect against the salt too!
Boots are the best, but don't use them. you can try him next year when he has calmed down.
I spray her pads around the neighborhood with PAM because I worry about the salt, haven't yet and wont for a bit.
You should always do it outside!
For fresh snow out to the park for a hike, I use the Vaseline, and take the PAM in the car!
Reminds me, I need to make my winter car stash up including my crampons.
The snow gets colder and drier as the winter progresses so he will get less balling.
Its like waxing your cross country ski's you have to adjust for the conditions.
