Yes... she will have a "self controlled" morphine drip that she can administer. It's set to allow her to pump every few minutes on regular intervals.... they monitor it very closely and change the frequency based on her demand. Very cool technology...

I'm glad to hear that. She will be much more comfortable. I'm sure you'll be with her just make sure she is not afraid to push that button. It will only give what is allowed. I found pushing the button was comforting even though I had used the dosage...

Hope everyone enjoyed their day.

Was at the matinee today & it was all I could do to keep from laughing at a couple of patrons. There was a student group there. A couple of girls were bored during the show & getting antsy...until the cute young actor walked past them during one scene. All I could hear was a loud whispered chorus of "OMG!!! He's sooo CUTE!!! & he walked right past me!!! OMG!!!" Oh to be 15 again (actually, I was never like that even at 5). :P
