Breakfast Television was at the Etobicoke Humane Society today. I didn't realize that EVERYONE is a volunteer at the human society!! That's awesome!!

I have a freezer full of frozen ripe bananas... besides banana bread and smoothies, does anyone have a good recipe for bananas? I was really hoping to find a "healthy" recipe for muffins, etc. - maybe something with oatmeal rather than flour??? I googled some recipes, but I couldn't really find any without flour or "rising flour" (which I have no idea what it is... )

Judging by your list above he'd be natural for K9 - wouldn't even need a dog!
I can picture him at ribfest - fetching all the bones.

Self-rising flour is all-purpose flour with baking powder and salt added. To make your own, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
