Blue Jays Advance to ALCS
Game 5 of the AL Division Series was filled with drama, and almost as much talk as play on the field before a riled-up sellout crowd of 49,742 under the Rogers Centre roof.
The game lasted an intense three hours 37 minutes and seemed longer. Baseball had a playoff game that will long be talked about, for the good and bad.
The Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Texas Rangers 6-3 on Wednesday to advance to the ALCS with a 3-2 series victory.
Jose Bautista delivered a three-run home run as part of a dramatic 53-minute seventh inning as the Jays completed their comeback from a 2-0 series deficit.

Toronto Fans Delirious Over Jays Win
Tens of thousands of fans across the city were on their feet cheering as the Blue Jays won their first ALDS series in 22 years.
The Rogers Centre shook as just under 50,000 fans exploded in excitement. There were cheers, chants, choruses of car horns and high fives and fist bumps between strangers.
Fans not lucky enough to score a seat under the dome packed into St. Louis Bar & Grill on Bremner Blvd. The city of Toronto estimates 4,000-5,000 packed into Nathan Phillips Square's temporary "bird's nest" to cheer on the Jays.
