    The jays certainly sparked my re-interest in them this season. Hubby and I had access to first row seats at first base line many years ago, and we went to a lot of games. I remember one game holding on to hubby's pants to make sure he didn't fall into the park when he tried to catch a foul ball.... There was one game that Hubby asked Derek Jeter to sign his glove before Derek was "big".... Unfortunately, we lost that connection to those seat.... They were sweet!!!

    The Jays went a lot further this year than I ever expected and I'm sad to see that they lost, but I'm proud of them at the same time. I still can't believe they didn't re-call the home run because of the fan interference, and they also didn't replay a strike call at the end of the game that I'm sure was not a strike (that hurt us). I'm not saying the Jays would have won if they called back the home run, but with a 1 point game, you never know..... Hopefully things turn out for the best for next season.

    Time to cheer on those Leafs!! Leafs are currently losing 4-2 against the Habs, but that's ok.... the season has just begun!!
