This stupid story made me smile this morning - from chees sandwiches to cheese rolls!
Gotta love the Brampton crooks - often a sandwich short of a picnic

Three people are in custody after a stolen tractor-trailer containing 40,000 pounds of packaged and frozen cheese sandwiches rolled over in Vaughan on Wednesday morning.
The owner of the trailer told CityNews that he received an alarm indicating the tractor-trailer was moving from its yard in the Torbram Road and Steeles Avenue area in Brampton sometime around midnight. It was due to ship out the sandwiches at 6 a.m.
York police tried to get the truck driver to stop, but did not chase the vehicle at any point.
The trailer ended up going north on Highway 427, ending up in the Highway 7 and Highway 27 area. The trailer then rolled over.
The suspect apparently fled on foot and somehow ended up in a car. Ontario provincial police located the driver in the car and took him into custody.
Two other suspects were arrested as they tried to getaway in a nearby taxi.
Police say the truck was reported stolen from the Brampton area on Tuesday.
The suspects range in age from 19 to 36, and two of them are from Brampton. They are charged with theft over $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

I've heard the use of onions or garlic in bed socks also works for some maladies

Some people have used Vicks Vapo rub for years for everything from chapped lips to sore toes and many body parts in between. But one usage is getting a lot of attention lately because studies show that it works 100% of the time. Although scientists discovered this remedy, they are not sure how or why it works, but it does. And it works every time. To stop night time coughing, you put Vicks Vapo rub generously on the bottom of both feet at bedtime, then cover with socks. Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about 5 minutes and will stay suppressed for up to 8 hours of relief. Studies show that it is more effective in children than some of the strongest prescription cough medicines on the market today. In addition, it has a soothing and comforting effect that brings on a sound and peaceful sleep.

Almost made it to the Humane Society, nice day for walking, will continue on downtown when I'm finished up there, seeing a free movie later on.

When I got home last night I got a message that I won a $500 gift certificate to Holt Renfrew! This was from the Zoomershow last month, I also won a gift basket full of goodies whilst I was there. Holt Renfrew is an expensive store but I should find something with $500 hopefully!

    Have a good one all.

p.s. glad you leg is getting better 22!
