Morning all....back yesterday from our extra long weekend, juts trying to recover some lost vacation time...
...it was kinda wet on and off, hubby managed to get all his little cottage bits and pieces done that had been hanging over him all summer, so he was happy...went to the Bracebridge farmer's market with the pooches, got some amazing peaches, wow, sooo good!!!....and butter tarts, hot pepperoni sticks, a spicy flavoured vinaigrette, some beautiful Muskoka chair marble coasters....kewl...
....anyway, thanks for all the words, etc....and AndiT, prayers have been dispatched for your friend....please keep us posted on how it goes....waiting and watching can be so stressful, so I am sending you some hugs..((((((AndiT))))))....TR

it's been almost 2 weeks since my rodent left for the west coast. she's doing well. we email each other every day to stay in touch & called her on sunday to talk. maybe because she was away for a few years in college, it just feels the same. when christmas comes around, not sure how i will feel then, but she has to spread her wings at some point. hang in there maggie.
