Well I'm off to the CNE again today. They have a battle of the bands going on - I'll have to check that out. Gunz & FN roses were good on Sunday. I'll post a couple of pics when I get a chance. They had it down pat, guitar and voice etc. as well as outfits. See ya all later!

psells - Can you tell us a little more about the Q cruise?

When did it start and end? How many SCer's got to go?

Did they give you any food or drinks? Wish I had of won!

Was the water really choppy after the rain?

We probably shoved off around 12,12:30. On the bottom level, Michael White and band played. On the middle level, Andy Frost was set up for his broadcast. The top level provided a nice view. (Except for during the storm, when you couldn't see the shore) The ride was smooth at all times. We had roast beef sandwiches provided for lunch, along with munchies of chips and salsa, veggie trays, and a nicely assorted cheese/cracker trays. They declined to liquor us up.
They dropped us off at the foot of York st. Most people walked back from there, but there were a couple of water taxis as well. My son actually walked, and beat us back to Corus Quay.

I was going to post the first and last pictures that I have of the event. The first one featured Andy Frost, myself, and my son decked out in his Montreal shirt and hat. The second one was a rear view of Peter climbing up onto the huge tire at the dock, from the water taxi.
I can't get the pics onto smart canucks since it says that there is a "security token missing"

Cannot believe how time fly's!!
