We often bbq our corn in the summer.... we leave the husks on and soak it in a bucket of water for a few hours first. Then we bbq (with the husks on) for about 45 minutes turning frequently. The corn cooks in it's own steam... I much prefer it this way than boiled....

You guys have got me desperately craving corn on the cob! It is one of my very favourite foods, and I don't usually put butter on it, although it is delicious that way. Mmmmmmmmm....

Corn is one of our summer delights. I am always tempted to tell people not to husk the corn in the store. It may save a little bit of a mess, but the freshness starts to diminish when you do.

But this led to another matter which is nothing short of eerie.
Exactly who or what can be described as a Shondell?
Does Crimson and Clover explain this very well?
There were also the Del-Vikings, the Del-Satins and Delphonics,
Before the Dell computer this was absolutely chronic.
? and the Mysterians had us cry 96 tears,
But did anyone question Mark regarding what had caused his fears?
Was it angst about the game of love as sung by the Mindbenders,
Or had he wasted days and nights carrying a torch for Freddy Fender?
