at least it's sunny out there & a trifle warmer than yesterday. i thought summer was suppose to be roadwork season. it seems that everywhere i drive to & from work on the 1st week of Roctober will be closed in some form or another. seriously considering taking that week off. this morning saw the sign that they're closing the road by the railway tracks at Guelph Line for the week. hwy 25 has been under construction for road widening like forever & they're closing down Britannia between #25 & Thompson Rd that week too. it seems the problem is Milton. all the roadwork is in Milton/Campbellville area, which is where i must pass thru to get to & from work. at least i've got 10 days to come up with alternative routes.

Lee, you're going to need your rain gear & long underwear this weekend when you're at the boat. maybe so blankies, mitts & parkas. sunscreen is optional.

Gas prices dropping 2.8 cents to 125.0 cents/litre

According to En-Pro, gas prices are expected to fall 2.8 cents at 12:01 a.m. Sept. 21, to an average price of 125.0 cents/litre at most GTA gas stations.

Please note: Gas prices have become very volatile because of a change in the way oil companies set their prices, thus making it more challenging to predict gasoline prices.

Yes... I think you're right.... I may be drinking a lot of warm beverages this week-end instead of cold beer!!

I'm looking forward to going up - just not the cold and rain... I'm not looking forward to closing up for the season the following weekend....
