Good morning my q friends. HAVE A ROCKIN PSYCHADELIC PSUNDAY .Had a blast at the mike white xmas concert. Played all requests. Songs rocked as well as the band. Except they played moby dick and that has too long a drum solo drags on too much. Not as sore this morning didn't dance as much or as hard as usual. Rock on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good morning


had an unamusing time a week or so ago - woke up and took me an hour (damn clock)
to get out of bed, pain from somewhere i didn't know before.
got to hospital and they gave me a shot (i think perocet and some big white pill)
sort of stopped the shaking, and had an xray.
doctors eyes popped when he read the xray "it's gas"

wth --- you have to be kidding and sent me home with 30 codeine.
about 4 hours later another doctor called and said i had a broken veterbra.
they had looked closer at the xray,,,,
a few days later i found out i had the veterbra beside it busted too, last month.
so still unamused and almost eating codeine as a candy - ick

For I think that Christmas is one of the bestest times,

What I love about Christmas is the thought that it invokes,

I wonder if Keith Richards will ask Santa for a pack of smokes,

Remember you’re required to say thoughtful things to others,

A time when everyone in the world are your sisters & your brothers,

But if you drink the spiked punch you just may loose your druthers,

I was going to get you KTel’s Fantastic Hits, but they were all sold out!

Then I thought about some velour jammies, so you could lounge about,

A bottle of wine is boring & so is a basket of cheese,

As when it comes to receiving desired gifts there are no guarantees,

& do you really think when Sleigh Bells ring people really listen?

Or is the best place you can be under the mistletoe a’kissin’

You may see lots of people getting a little too loaded,

& if they stuff themselves with foodies, they’re gonna feel all bloated,

So celebrate how you like to & embrace the Christmas jubilation,

& accept this personal greeting in lieu of monetary compensation.

Sorry to hear that you are under the weather & feeling ever so crappy,
I hope your recovery is ASAP & even faster than snappy,
As must rest as you can & I hope your pain takes a hike,
For being in so much discomfort is something we do not like!
Do not over do it, or you will pay for it later on,
I wish there was a solitary pill that could make all pain be gone,
Careful with those pain killers as they can give you tummy troubles,
If you are able to get into the bath to relax, add some foaming bubbles,
A broken veterbrae must be frustrating & sore & wish you better days ahead,
But make sure you get lots of rest & NO jumping on the bed!!
