    Evening Folks
    A tad chilly but am liking the sunshine....
    Finished planting in the gardens just waiting for God's adorable creatures to come by and decapitate the gerbera daisys.... Aussie Girl not much of a watch dog....am sure she would herd them right to the planters
    Heading to Cape Breton for a few weeks, we leave in about 10 days ...... looking forward to a few ceilidhs, hiking, kayaking and a few classes at the celtic college.....
    How are you all doing? It has been forever.....hoping this finds you all in a good place..

    Good you finished your garden off - hopefully it stays the way you've made it. Guess Aussie Girl is just too sweet to scare off any intruders!

    It's been a crazy, silly, busy few weeks at w*rk again lately.... What else is new....??? The good news is that it IS getting better - for now... I'm dreading the first few weeks of July when everyone is on vacation tho.... It will be really stupid busy again then...

    On a better note.... I found out yesterday that I won a contest from "the voice of boating" (up north...) I am soon to be the proud new owner of a Sony marine sound system!! My big kid is excited.... He is totally confiscating it from me I guess that's ok since I used a picture of him when he was 5 or 6 years old for the contest!!!

    evening Q sters,
    well day 2 of the furnace installation. it was roughed in yesterday, so today they dropped off the tank & the guy had to dig a trench so the gas line will be underground & hook up the manifold & regulators. the hot water tank went in & was hooked up so i have hot water, yay. meantime i was able to get the pool open & going, so 1 less thing on my to do list & got all the nails out of the old flower box. some of the wood was still good, so i'll keep that & i'll burn the other wood. tired & sore, but i hope to sleep well tonight.
