Thanks QTs for a very enjoyable afternoon.

Oggie & I had a date for some grooming, but he can only handle so much mani-ing, pedi-ing and brushing at any one time. So, during our rest periods, I caught up on 2 weeks of posts. I listened to some cool tunes, marvelled at disappearing faces and disappearing places, pictured myself on vacation in warmer climes (sans bobcat) and was happy to read about birthdays and new family additions but saddened to read of losses.

And yes Spartacus, maybe Q could gash the relatively new "give it away, give it away, give it away now" playlist addition in favour of more 3 Doors Down or Train.

& to say thank you to "Q" bees, as you all are the most,
Through thick & through thin & plenty of whining,
You all keep me sane, cause you all keep on shining,
Life is what it is, as it always will be,
& we all know by now that there's no guarantee,
Thanks for your support & the chit & the chat,
& posting winning songs even faster that stat,
You've showed your compassion & extended your caring,
As some of us have had times so burdensome & wearing,
So your poet who always has many thoughts to recite,
Thinks the times we spend here, are like a first class flight,
Let's keep it rockin' & let's keep it real,
No wonder our thread has never lots its appeal,
So, I hope a simple thank you will do & suffice,
Thanks to everyone who makes this place a slice.

Well, I'm just about ready fly away tomorrow am to the sunny temps of Mexico. Gotta have something to eat and make a couple of sandwiches (Air Canada doesn't include food on it's flight and I refuse to pay their prices). So I will say good bye now, take care everyone, I think I may have some internet down there and if I do I will pop in to say hi!

Happy Caturday Q sters,
today wasn't on the + side, but it was warmer the past 2 weeks. tomorrow will hopefully be warmer & some of the white stuff will melt. there were a lot of people hitting the car wash stations, whether the automatic or manual kind.

Remember my friend's brother who passed away very suddenly last fall? J paid for the funeral, made all the arrangements. J's brother's on-again off-again gf's sole contribution was to play a recording of herself singing a not-appropriate-for-a-funeral song during the service. She's now contesting the will (she thinks she should be sole beneficiary cause they were "common-law with separate addresses").

Sometimes I hate people.

Seriously, contest the will, with separate address, boy we're not entitled much...............not. boy the nerve of some people's kids.
