Ashley Madison Hackers Release First Victims’ Personal Information

The hackers who infiltrated AshleyMadison.com, a dating website geared toward people seeking extramarital relationships, have sacrificed their first hostage. The attack, reported Monday, collected personal information on 37 million members. The perpetrators demanded that the whole website be taken down or they would release all the names and private data. On Tuesday the personal details of two subscribers leaked. One man is from Mississauga, the other from Brockton, Massachusetts.

Pinch-hitter Ike Davis beat out an infield single with two outs in the 10th inning that went to replay review, lifting the Oakland Athletics past the Toronto Blue Jays 4-3 on Wednesday night.

Hey SC'ers. Been terribly busy with PAN AM volunteering and now proud grandparents to our 1st grandchild. Our daughter gave birth to a boy (CADEN) early Monday morning and were discharged today. I cooked them a very tasty Lasagne with garlic bread as they are a little busy and tired. Will be cooking again tomorrow. Lots of excitement.

I didn't realize that you were also volunteering at the Pan Am games. I have been to the Opening Ceremonies as well as one event in Scarborough. The volunteers definitely made our experience a pleasure. Thanks to all volunteers for being so welcoming to everyone!

Good morning, everyone.

Think it's going to be one of those days. On our way out to spy on the neighbours with Lily dog, I somehow managed to take three stairs instead of one. I managed to land on my feet, but my right hand was still clutching the railing. Lily dog thought this was some sort of new game, so she quickly dashed up a couple of stairs and stared at me. She was rather annoyed I no longer wanted to play. She didn't think a wrenched shoulder merited any sympathy & insisted we sit outside for a bit. I must admit that the fresh air did help with the ouchie.

Going to take it easy today & hope I didn't do too much damage (the ouchie is already mostly gone). So it will be something easy to heat up for dinner and no cooking for me (maybe this isn't so bad after all - an excuse not to do housework ). But I dare not tell the brats that I'm too injured to bake cookies - I might have a riot on my hands!


Off to play on the computer for a bit before napping with the brats. A kitty heating pad should help my shoulder.
