An American tourist's Facebook post about the cultural differences between England and America has gone viral and it'll make you proud to be English.
Scott Waters, a 66-year-old from St Augustine, Florida, was visiting England for the fourth time when he decided to list all the differences he encountered during his time over here. The brilliant post has since been liked over 90,000 times.
Granted, it's a bit long-winded, but bear with it, it's worth the read. From every pub having a pet drunk to our tea being f*cking delicious, he's got the country absolutely spot on. Maybe apart from the trains bit - that's bullsh*t.

After reading all that, you should be feeling really patriotic. Yeah we like fish and chips a bit too much, yeah our pubs close a bit early mainly because we all drink too much and are sh*tfaced by 10pm, yeah we about the NHS even though we're lucky to have it. On a related topic we went to the matinee performance of "Upside Downton" this afternoon at the Panasonic theatre.

If you haven't heard of it - its a brilliant spoof on the popular masterpiece theatre production; but its a one-man show!!

The star is Luke Kempner who is an amazing impressionist; actor and singer, remarkably switching voices; roles and mannerisms of the original characters in a heartbeat. The humour isn't restricted to the Downton Abbey show as he's interweaves current/recent events and personalities into the script with consummate ease.

I also enjoyed his interplay with the audience and his recovery from the occasional hiccup.
