Good morning fellow Canucks!

Apparently we will be getting a lot or wind and rain tomorrow. It figures, these things always seem to happen on garbage day. All my neighbour's blue boxes are going to tip over and the wind will deposit their garbage into my yard. Then my blue box will get blown down the street never to find its way home again.

On the bright side, its 5:00.... somewhere. Not here (never here), but somwhere!

Fascinating sound that almost defies categorization. I sometimes found it annoying that her voice got lost in the mix; but then I was very appreciative with the way that the vocal simply became another instrument - great fusion. Held my attention/fascination to the end waiting to see what they would do next.

Good afternoon, everyone.

Yesterday was a fun but tiring day. Started with the exercise routine in the morning (is it sad that I'm doing this to try to keep up with the seniors in the 'hood? ). Later I ran out to the grocery store to pick up a few items. Then, my roommate convinced me we should have a picnic on the rooftop patio. On the plus side, I was too tired to do housework.

Today is another fun day. We've already spent the morning playing (priorities!), and tonight I get to go to a reception in my 'hood (my friend wanted someone to talk to in case the event is less than exciting - if it is dull, maybe we can get some tongues awaggin' if I'm J's 'date' ).

Better get a few things done around here, before I go off to socialize. There never seem to be enough hours in the day for the silly little things that need to get done (like refilling the salt shaker, sheesh).

ps I tried to attach some pics, but SC is not on speaking terms with this laptop. In fact, SC wouldn't let me on yesterday at all. Sigh.

I had quite a bit this morning too!! I was up at 5:15 this morning (AKA HG morning time) in order to get to Barrie by 8:30. My daughter had her post grad convocation this morning at Georgian College. I can't believe she's finally done school!! We're both so proud of her!!

I was having all sorts of problems with SC yesterday too.... I thought they turned up the firewall at w*rk.... I guess it wasn't just me!!
