I'm currently using the Microsoft Office Trial but I am looking to find an key...I can't justify $160 for something I use a few times a year! Please send me a PM if you have one!

The $160 is for the 3 license, if you j ust need a single license its 129 but often goes on sale for 99.

A great free alternative is Open Office - www.openoffice.org I actually prefer it to MS Office.

My husband used to swear by Open Office before he got full Office for free from his school.

If you prefer Microsoft Office (which I definitely do), just do a Google search for a key. You should find plenty!

There is also Libre Office which I use http://www.libreoffice.org/ It might suit you better than open office as the interface is closer to MS Office.

Not encouraging anything illegal, but people often 'obtain' software such as this through torrents, which includes often a 3 year key (or unlimited). Most people I know don't 'purchase' software anymore.

Pretty sure the mere mentioning of it 'encourages' it... no?

Then the majority of the people you know are thieves.

Try out Open Office or the other software application mentioned before you resort to criminal activity.

Stealing software is no different then walking into a store and stealing a movie.

Plus, I wouldn't use Public Torrents to do anything like this. Any torrent that you can easily find will most likely be monitored by Microsoft or various anti-piracy groups, and you can easily get into a lot of trouble.

If you're only going to be using a Word Processing program a few times a year, just get Open Office or Libre Office. Both work well enough, and can read and write Microsoft formats, so it's not that big an issue.

As mentioneed Open Office or Libre Office will do the task on newer computers quite well.

Open Office opens Word documents up to Word 2003,
Libre Office up to Word 2007, and is able to save in it's format.

As mentioned and I have to agree, downloading any version of Microsoft from torrents or other fields would more potentially wind you with malware or viruses, but if you want to give me business feel free to download away! *grin*

I agree with the above; but found that Libre Office being lighter and leaner.

    Cheers

Not promoting hacked versions; but yes, you might be lucky with google at times.
