I just wanted to share a recent experience I had the a company recently.
I received a bouncer as a baby shower gift and had been using it for the first 3 months. When my son was 3 months I decided to add the toy bar since he was reaching for toys more so it was time.
something was not right about how this chair was made and I was afraid to put the toy bar on. It didnt lock into place and was heavy enough that it could have hurt my son if it fell on his head.
So I call the company (kids ii)
Even though I had used the chair for 3 months. and the chair is apparently made that way but they completely understood my discomfort using this chair... they offered to trade it out without a hassle.

The next day UPS came and got the old chair. and I was given the option to choose any chair I wants from the site.

took us a couple of days to decide since I am not good at making up my mind LOL

I called them on friday, they put the order through and the chair came in today
Fast service and excellent customer service!!
