great reply! it's good that he will single out this employee and have a talk about the situation we can hope for a positive outcome! i know i'm not the first to say this but some people just do not belong in retail serving customers

Good for you for standing up to the cashier and not taking her attitude as a drawback.If all owners were as understanding we wouldnt have these problems.
Be a little kinder than necessary,remember everyone is fighting their own battles.

That is a fantastic outcome! A lot of the stores in this area are owned by the pharmasists, and they are so personable. My dad stopped to talk to the pharmasist in his area, and the guy told my dad he needs to go to the doctor immediately, because he thought he may have the shingles. Sure enough, it was caught within 72hrs so it wasnt as bad as it could have been. Funny though because at the time my dad had a nurse come to the house everyday after his surgery and she didnt mention it, so he praises SDM up and down!! Have fun spending your points, they came at the perfect time!
