First time using coupons at WM

I was bound a dertermined to use my Bushes baked bean coupons and get them for .29 I had 5 to use up and I also had the sweet baby rays bbq ones to get use out of. So DH and I decide to head to our WM superstore as all the other walmarts did not have any. Off we go on the bus (neither of us drive) and it takes us about an hour and a half to get there but was still very determined to get the beans lol. As we are walking through the isles to see what other deals I could fine I come across the beans, I started to do the happy dance and DH just laughed as others that were in the store were just looking at me in shock lol. I get my 5 cans and and dance my way to the next isle on the look out for the bbq sauce, I come to the isle and I dont see any my happy dance was now over. I thought there has to be some somewhere and kept looking and it was like ray of sunshine right to the amazing bbq sauce I was looking for, so I got my 13 bottles and there comes the happy dance again. Picked a few other item and decided to head to check out, DH and I are scoping out the casheires and I said lets go to this one, he said she sseems very young, I said no this is where I want to go through so we get in the line and ensure that anyone behind us knows we will be a little longer as we are using coupons, most did not seem to mind, as we stood and waited the lady infornt of us turned and said I am going to be a bit, she was PMing and using coupons I just held up my stack of coupons and smiled and said no problem take your time. As the lady was getting through her baskets another lady lined up behind us, so I turned and told her what was going on and that it would be a little bit, I looked in her cart and noticed that she had a bottle Purex laundry soap, So I looked through my coupon binder and for a $3.00 off coupon and handed it to her, Oh I thought she was going to have a heartattack lol, she said I have never used coupons in my life and then the questions came as to where she could get these type of coupons, I told her the best place to start was on here. Ok my turn to go through the check-out so Ive got all the stuff that I was paying regular price up first, then told the cashier that I have coupons, she was full of smiles and said I love coupons and I love seeing the money that's beeing saved then she asked where I got all my coupons so I told her about here and she wrote the address down and she said she was going to check it out when she got home. She was amazing and made the transaction go sooo smooth. bOkay enough of my rant here is my list of stuff we got


Hair Gel $1.88 (no coupon )
Watch of DH $9.97
Doggy poop bags with carrying pouch $4.98
Gain laundry soap $3.00 x2 = $6.00 (no coupon )
Sweet Baby Rays bbq $2.00 -$2.00 x 5 = Free
Sweet Baby Rays bbq $2.00 - B1G1 x 4 = 8 = $8.00
Bushes baked beans $1.27 - $1.00 x 5 = $1.35

Total before taxes = $ 32.17 + HST $1.14 = $33.31 total ( DH is native so we also use his status card to reduce the taxes)
