anyone find vancouver newspaper inserts?

Hi,

Has anyone found any inserts in newspapers today (sat june 4th)? I heard redplum inserts were supposed to be in the papers today. So far, I've checked the vancouver sun, the national post, and the globe & mail with no luck...there are inserts for the bay and other things but no coupons....

Anyone have any luck?

I got Red Plum and BrandSaver in my local paper yesterday as well. The Burnaby Now. I would look for your local paper like Mango mentioned.

I have had zero luck. I looked in the Surrey Now, Peach Arch News and Langley Times and there were no brandsavers. I live in a townhouse complex so I have to go to the newspaper boxes in the area and I looked through every single paper in them and nothing.

I went today to McD`s and looked in the papers there and there were no inserts.

I never fgot the brandsaver in the Langley Times when we lived there , it only came to those who had subscriptions to the Province or Sun, etc BUT my parents live in Cloverdale and they got theirs a few days ago in the Surrey Now

I did a drive around to places selling papers in Vancouver and Burnaby; it seems like the theory that the delivery persons are keeping the inserts may be true as some papers had the inserts and most did not. It didn't have anything to do with the region of the city I was in either. I would find the inserts in one location and down the block they would all be gone...I also found none in free papers (Burnaby Now and some other Burnaby paper)...they were all in the Sun or the National Post. It took about 1.5 hours but I got my redplum and P&G insert.

Yep I got a bunch of both from the courier...I was excited. Then I went around asking people for theirs and of course...they dont use them! Yip yip!

I looked at my complex in Langley and my moms complex in surrey and neither of them had them. I am hoping my mother-in-law gets some in delta this weekend she usually gets two with her papers and gives one to lme.

They arrived earlier this week in Maple Ridge in the two local papers.

I got a brandsaver in Thursday's Surrey Now (delivered to our condo in White Rock).

The distribution was not by region, but by carrier. There are many carriers per area, or region, so if one carrier's route ends at the one house, and the next house is done by a different person, one house may get the insert, while their next door neighbor did not.

I recieved a Red Plum, in my Home delivered Peace Arch News
, and a Brandsaver, in my Home delivered Surrey Now.

The local papers at the local stores, did not come with inserts

I found them in the Richmond News today. I live in a townhouse complex and they just drop them off. The wierd thing was when I checked the Richmond News in the IGA none of them had the inserts.

I got the Brandsaver in the Langley Advance on Thursday but no sign of Red Plum yet. Maybe in Tuesday's paper? It has shown up late before
