Recycle Walks

Just wondering if anyone in Edmonton go for recycle walks? I want to try but still so scared about it. In my area all the recycles are in bags, I'd feel so stupid going through it in broad daylight! Unfortunately not a lot of ppl put their garbage out overnight! I'd feel a lot better to do it at night time! I do read about ppl going to recycle bins but where??

G/L getting the guts up. It is considered illegal but I'm a total chicken to argue my case out to whomever wanted to call me on it. And when you say it out loud...you are admitting to digging in someone's garbage. But WDIK?? : )
