It looks pretty legit, but when they ask for a signature online usually if you just type your name theres a place to check that you agree.

Looks pretty legit to me. I have won a few things where I have had to sign my name, scan the document and send it back through email.

It sounds like it is a phishing email. In the email it doesn't say you have won anything, but "a chance to win".

I would call Nescafe to confirm. Don't use the number in the email. Go to their website and use the number listed in their "Contact Us" area.

You are not declared a winner until you answer the STQ correctly. The proper release forms are included with the email.
