    Dry Skin

    Reasons for dry skin include a variety of conditions such as too much sun, windburn, harsh soaps and cleansers, aging and even diet. Insufficient water can dry your skin overnight. Generally people with dry skin don't have many pimples but its still important to use a mask. You can start working on your dry skin RIGHT NOW by increasing your water intake. There are some essential oils you may want to use when your trying t fight your dry skin. Oils such as carrot seed oil, lavender, & geranium help your skin to renew itself naturally. You can also add a few drops of these oils in your bath to make sure your exposed to moisture.



    how you can win against your dry skin




    • Drink plenty of water
    • Try facial cream with vitamin E/ or take vitamin E supplements
    • Check the labels on your anti-aging creams for skin drying ingredients.
    • Try a cool mist humidifier in your bedroom while you sleep.
    • Prepare a moisturizing homemade dry skin mask. (see below)
    • Check with your dermatologist or doctor if you think you may have Eczema.


    Here are some different dry skin facial masks for you to try



    Dry Skin Milk Mask

    Ingredients

    1tsp powdered milk
    1tbsp runny honey
    1tsp aloe vera gel
    2 drops essential oil

    Mix ingredients well, apply to face, let it sit for 15 minutes, wash it off with warm water. This recipe is enough for two. So try it with one of your girlfriends! Pamper your face with the nutrient of milk & let it absorb the moist of aloe vera to rejuvenate your skin of new sensation.



    Avocado Skin Mask

    Ingredients
    1/2 avocado, green & ripe (avocado oil 2 teaspoons of the oil in place of the fresh avocado.)
    1tsp lemon juice
    3tbsp honey


    Mash the avocado nicely into a bowl. Add the honey & the lemon to it. Make sure the honey is runny & not very thick. You can heat it a little to make it runny. Mix the ingredients nicely. Apply the pack on your face and leave for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse with cool water for instantly glowing skin.
