Doing the happy dance!! I used coupons to buy something I don't need! As of last week, my 15 month old baby (small for her age) is officially off formula and after four kids I never need to buy that stuff again! So what did I do? Went and bought two more cans of formual that at regular price would have cost me around $56

But I didn't pay regular price, so its great to buy formula we don't need! I PMed the Walmart sale price of $21.46 per can, and used my two last stacks valued at $19 and $16, so that $56 worth of formula only cost a little over $5 OOP!

If you are doing the math in your head, it was probably closer to $10, but I prefer to think of it as a little over $5 for the following reason - I am currently a single mom of four and looking for work. That being the case -- and if I were from the population of non-coupon users -- a $56 donation wouldn't be possible at this time. So, even though I don't have an employment income, am not receiving welfare, and even my EI won't kick in for a few more weeks, I am not stressed about finances and blowing $5 on something we don't need is like treating myself to a cup of Starbucks! Once again I feel really blessed learning from all the SCers and their posts - if I were paying full price for everything right now I'd probably be totally stressed about money, instead I am still able to give Thanks for posting all of your deals!!

Good for you! Even though you're not rolling in dough, you've found a way to give to those who have less. Fabulous brag. SO proud of you!

Everybody has something to give or share with others :D I'm glad that I learned from all of you and can give in this way. Also thrilled that baby is totally 100% on people food now, and I think she liked supper waaaay better than that formula gunk LOL!!
