Ok all, I am back home (hopefully for awhile now). Grandkids back in school and it has been nice to sit down and relax for a change. On Wednesday, I am going to hand out at least 2 envies with lots of the new coupons the just came out and other ones as well. Keep checking to see if you have won. Good luck everyone. Great Idea... Great Inspiration
It feels like Christmas year round when I see someone doing a good deed around… I try my best and learn new ways to do something good… The best part in it is doing something and not taking credit for it… like leaving the coupons that I don’t need on item shelves, leaving the train ticket which is valid for few hours on the punching machine after my ride.. Offering the grocery card to someone entering the store while I am leaving… and so on…
Its really a good feeling…
But recently after our bundle of joy arrived (beautiful baby girl - Keya) I always struggle with time and am not able to put coupons on the shelf… In the mean time I have learned about coupon trade here on SC and had listed coupons I have. Will trade coupons for baby coupons if I can or will be glad to send out coupons to one who sends me a self address - pre stamp envelop and list of coupons they need.

So I was out today with a DD at LD and Walmart. We did real good in the stacking department and for under $30 we got a pile of stuff that was taken down to the homeless shelter tonight. Was a real FEEL GOOD king of day!

I have to say that the last couple months of couponing has actually made me happier than I have been in a few years. I have been very sick and very broke. I happened to come into a bit of money right after I got about 15 P&G flyers worth $138.00 each. So I took the coupons and stocked up enough for 2 years of stuff. Which is not really too much as I have only my son and I here. So I have been "crashing carts" while I browse aisles. I stop someone and say I can give you coupons for like half of your stuff. It is the coolest feeling when you save a stranger 21 bucks and them them about THIS site so they can coupon too.
I also usually hand the person behind me a few coupons too as they stand there watching me line up my coupons on the belt at check out and it makes them more calm when it takes a few extra minutes for the cashier to check all my coupons.
I REALLY appreciate all your tips and effort into all this couponing. :)
I don't know if you accept nominations or not, but when I posted about sending a big envie of coupons with my DH to the striking college workers here in our town, BareBottoms offered to mail me an envelope of coupons too that I could pass along. Thought it was a great RAOK because I know the strike workers are only making $25/day and that's only if they actually show up. A lot of them live out of town, so it costs more for gas money then to come in every day.

Another nomination would go out to KamGirl. She heard my DH was on strike and offered to send me out some diaper coupons, which I received today along with a lot of other great coupons. :)
Just a small thing I did the other day while couponing with my mom. Febreeze was on sale at SDM for $2.99 which is pretty good but even better when you coupon ;).
Anyway I had SOOOO many of these coupons from trains etc. I just was overwhelmed. I decided just to use the $4 off WUB 3 and save the others. Anyway there was this lady looking at some febreeze humming and hahhing and I had too many extra's it was crazy!! So I just asked if she would liek soem ocupons for her purchase. She looked at me and then with a big loud YES THANK YOU!! snatched them up. My mom and myself laughed and it felt so nice to make someone so happy with a piece of paper I left the rest of my coupons tehre for everyone else...lord knows I have enough febreeze from that trip (bought 6 and I mean how much can you REALLY use in a year lmao)
But yah it was great:D I liek being a coupon fairy

well if people can be nominated, i would like to nominate Kamgirl too. though she already sent out a lot of envie to other newbies, she is sending me an envie full of coupons and i am so excited. her pm's make me happy. she is truly a generous soul.
Just posting a quick thank you in here to amanda4, who " out of the blue" sent me coupons ( raok) to save on my DD's fav. frozen after school meals. That was awesome!
Yup I agree, KamGirl has sent me not one, but two envies as a RAOK. She did't put her return addy on either envelope so I can't return the favour. : ) She is truly a generous soul!

Voila! Coupon Donation #2 for the striking College workers here in Ottawa. Much love to Barebottoms and KamGirl for their contributions on this round! I made up some of the little business cards Boo has posted on the forum, and added some coupon sites, the forum addy, and my email address. Hopefully we see some new couponers next week here at SC!
