dear all,
i just received a letter from Febreze saying i cannot get MIR for the Febreze noticeable Trade-up program. The reason is " your request did not include the correct UPC requied for this promotion. Only the UPC symbols from the products listed in the offer requirements are acceptacle."
but i didn't see the "required UPC" from their website, and nothing on the form neither. did i miss anything?
here is their website
http://www.febreze.com/en_CA/febreze...eup_program.do
did any one have the same problem? i will give them a call tomorrow. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

FYI Schick isn't a P&G product. If you call the number in the letter you recieved, a representative from Proctor and Gamble promotions will be able to verify your upc code with their listings, or advise you further regarding this matter. It's not as easy to do P&G Canadian rebates as it is American rebates.

I was reading around the forum when this was offered. Did you get the one that's in the picture from the site? The one that just has the oil warmer without the actual scented oil? I could never find it in store, all I ever saw were the warmers and the scented oil in one pack, which isn't the right one. The price of the oil warmer for the MIR is around $3. I hope that helps and didn't offend anyone.

I got the same letter sent to me yesterday; will head to the store to see why it was rejected: i sent in the double refill unit as that was the only one my Superstore carried. If not there, I will check at another store and see what they have. I am wondering if they are only looking at US product UPCs.

"Any questions regarding this offer call 1-800-782-3743"

I got this form in my P&G sample pack and was considering doing it. Maybe now I won't with the confusion as to what actual product they are willing to reimburse for.
