24 Express Food Mart on Greenham Drive and 74 St and 50 Avenue a.k.a. Gaetz Avenue used to be Shell stations that you got Airmiles from now they are Centex stations.So no more Airmiles at these gas stations

2 donair restaurants are opening on Ross St downtown. Best Choice Donairs is opening near Executive Place that 13 story empty office building. I think the Best Choice Donairs used to be La Tina Tienda.Sam's Donair in the block of Ross St between Excell Transmission and Scotia Bank next to Canwest Travel.

Mohawk Eastview is just getting a face lift (from what the owner told me) the same guys also owns the one that just opened up on Gaetz. Its one of the few stations that sells Prem 94 gas so I'm a well known customer lol!

Best Choice Donairs opened on Ross St near empty 13 story Executive Place.

The Centex stores offer a great deal on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Gas is 2 cents cheaper.

Cora http://www.chezcora.com it's breakfast and lunch restaurant is Opening Soon at 6858-50 Avenue Gaetz Plaza North the strip mall has the Quiznos,Benjamin Moore paints,Pizza 73,Cyrious Liquor and VideoView and Fusion Cafe and other businesses.

Subway at 7644 Gaetz Avenue is now open 24 hours a day starting August 10.Subway is in the Veterinary Plaza by the Gary Moe Auto Group building.Breakfast is now available between 12:00am and 11:00am.Beside the cash register is two coupons Buy a footlong and get a breakfast melt for only $1.00 offer only available between 11:00pm and 6:00am and Buy a footlong and get a 2nd for $1.99 offer only available between 11:00pm and 6:00am.

In the Red Deer Advocate today page C3 Taco Bell-KFC outlet will be opening next to the current KFC at 6889-Gaetz Avenue and the current KFC will continue to operate until the replacement building is finished.

My Dad got an advertising card in the mail that the Smittys Husky is closing on August 31.Smittys Husky gas station is on the westside of Gasoline Alley.

Summit Esso 7111-50 Avenue next to Sam's Cafe will be closed only on August 18.There was sign on the door basically it said something like they are upgrading or updating their equipment.
