I'm going to go to Sobeys South today! Haha!
And I was at Village Shoppers Drug Mart yesterday (actually, I haven't been there in a while, so not sure what they usually have) but they had lots of vitamins on sale, and lots of clearance 97 cents items - such as granola bars, saltine crackers, soups, etc. Some of the vanilla soy milk had an additional 1.00 off as the "manager special".

Shoppers Drug Mart at Bower Mall also had Vanilla Soy Milk on sale (So Good brand) with the 1.00 Manager special. Use your Soy milk coupon and it would only be 3.99 - 1.00 - coupon value..

It's on sale for $3.77 Kellogs cereals not an awsome deal but not a bad one either. Although I think they changed their flyer deals and the new one starts tomorrow so I think tonight is the last night for the sale.

it's in the body wash aisle... they have a lil clesarance area in the middle... opposite body wash. and a lil clearance area in the razor.. area... yep. can ya picture it, lol.

Zellers has clearance black diamond cheese... 200g... $2....something. use $0.75 coups!!

I think the Kelloggs cereal at Sobeys is on a price freeze until July. It is a great deal when you factor in the FPC's. Especially because lots of places just have the plain boxes now. Not the ones with the FPC's on them. I'll be going to get more cereal myself.
