Obviously Surrey is the easiest for me but in all fairness I think we should rotate.
Maybe we can narrow down where we rotate to though.Keep it carbed......

Are we suppose to choose all that applies or just 1? For example, city of choice and then perhaps the choosing bi-weekly or whatever our 2nd choice would be.

Just 1. Looking for what you would like as the best choice. Just looking at whether the meeting should be centralized to everyone or rotate so those who don't get around much can attend.

I agree. We should rotate the locations at least to some extent otherwise we'll never see some people. And maybe even having a different day/time of meeting once in a long while. Some people can't attend Saturdays.
Re: the times we meet. 10:00 AM works great as far as getting two or three tables together at a food court but I wonder if that might be a problem by the afternoon. Whatever we try, if it doesn't work too well then we can change the time or place. In another year or two we'll have it down pat and have a big group going! Oh, and I might have my coupons all filed properly by then.
