Please Help Swarmjam

Hi I hope someone can help me. My husband had swarmjam come on his laptop for deals in our area (belleville ont.) and it was for a teeth whitening kit for 39.00 and he thought he was purchasing it until after he gave his credit card number and it told him he could print his voucher when that deals closes. I have no idea what to do, how are we suppose to get the product? Have read the stuff on the website to try and figure it out but I am totally lost and afraid that we just got taken for a ride and charged 39.00 for nothing, can anyone please help me to understand what he has done and what we do from here. thank you for any help I can get.

have you tried to contact the website... if not you can contact your cc ppl and have them stop the payment( yes they will do that..may give you a hassle..but keep fighting it)

I ve used that site before and also received a voucher that I had to print. Once the deal closes they email you and give you a link to print from. You then take your printed voucher to the place that it is valid at. I assume it would be a dentists office near you and you would get the kit there.

I haven't purchased on swarmjam but have bought many groupons and living social deals. I assume swarmjam works the same.

The voucher is not ready to print the minute you submit your payment. It will only be ready after the deal is over i.e. after no one else can buy it. In fact, you usually can't print the voucher until the next day. Groupon and Living Social send you an email once your deal is ready to print.

Yes, I have purchased on WagJag too and it is the same way, you have to wait for the deal to close, as if not enough people buy, you won't be charged and the deal wont be done. When it closes, you will be given a place where you can print your coupon, or sometimes the just mail it to you. Don't worry. I'm sure everything will work out.
