no 20x points on receipt?

I was just at Shoppers, spent $87 after tax, well over the $50 minimum for the bonus points, gave the cashier my printed off 20x points coupon, and upon looking at the receipt once I got home, noticed that I didn't get the 20x points? Now what??

It says the points will show up by June 29th (or something like that!)

As sheetsofemptycanvas said the coupon said points would be added June 29 so make yourself a note to check your online points balance June 30 to be sure they are added and keep receipt until you have the points.

Yes, I noticed that too, and had a bit of a freak out mentally, thinking my best laid plans...THen, read the small print (or the cashier did) that the points will show up by the 29th. Woo, a relief!

That happened to me at the last one, then the points still didn't show by the stated date. I went in and spoke to the manager, who told me I wouldn't get the points since I used coupons. So, I called 1-800-shopper and spoke to a person who credited my account.

Yes, the points will show up on June 29 so mark your calendar just in case!!!

The last time I did this I saw a line item on the receipt called something like 'Tracking Item' which I assume was for the bonus points scanned coupon. I got my points on the appointed date with no issue.
