looking for SOF flyer deals

Has anyone received their SOF's flyer yet for next week? I'm going to BC on Monday (round trip to drop off DS's with Grandparents) and want to stop at SOF's before we drive back. Would love any tips on good deals/stacks available. It's been years since I have shopped at SOF and I have no idea what their prices are like.

I usually pick it up in the Victoria news tomorrow and the flyer will start on Sunday.

Me and my DH always shop at SOF, the key to maximizing your savings is bring in the flyers of the local competitors and pricematch and use coupons. We find that SOF is priced higher than say walmart or zellers but you can do almost a one stop shop if you combine pricematching w/coupons and get great savings. On our last grocery bill we spent $116 and saved $143, and on food! Really does help

save on foods does NOT price match.. it is up to the individual store if they want to and you do have to ask but in general as a company policy they dont

If anyone see's this ... did anyone get your flyer today and would you mind posting any really good deals at SOF's? I don't get one here and am hoping to get a start on planning my shop for Monday. Thanks!
