I've noticed a few posts that have mentioned Walmart having coupons.
The WM I shop at in Windsor,ON does not have coupons anywhere in the store , ever! It was my understanding that WM is also no longer participating in the Smartsource program.
If the WM you shops at has coupons can you mention which store it is and the location.

the Pickering, Ontario one does not have coupons. At least from what I have seen. Although, a coupon fairy goes around ever so often and tapes coupons to products

Nope, they occasionally have reps with coupons or special displays with coupons but it is rare
