Thread: Complicated Stacks

I did two rather complicated stacks today!
Stack #1
Scrubbing Bubbles PM Zellers 3.00 - (1.50 and 1.00) = 0.50 OOP
Scrubbing bubbles 3.00 - BOGO = 0.00
Fantastic Trigger 2.99 - BO(Scrubbing Bubbles)GO = 0.00
Glade Jar Candle 4.99 - 5WUB3 SC Johnson = +0.01
Glade Jar Candle 4.99 - 5WUB10 Glade = +0.01
TOTAL OOP = 0.48 + TAX
Stack #2
Dove Shampoo PM SDM 2.99 - 3.00 WUB2 = +0.01
Dove Conditioner PM SDM 2.99 - 2.50 WUB2 = 0.49
Dove Deodorant PM WM 1.99 - 2.00 WUB2 = +0.01
Dove Bar Soap 1.99 - 2.00 WUB2 = +0.01
Dove Styling Product 3.99 - B2(haircare)GO = 0.00
TOTAL OOP = 0.46 + TAX
After figuring these out (and repeating a few times) I'm starting to think I have waaaaaay too much time on my hands! LOL

LOL, I stacked for tylenol today too 5.99 - (2.00 + 1.50 + 1.50) = 0.99
I actually repeated the complicated stacks a few times to use up some of the coupon stash. I think I have enough scrubbing bubbles (to last a lifetime lol) now, but may go back for more Dove tomorrow as the sales I used to price match will be ending
If anyone needs the 5WUB3 SC Johnson please PM me I took a few extra and am scrubbed out!Last edited by CouponCacher; Thu, Jun 3rd, 2010 at 01:31 AM.

Really great stacking. I going to do the same with Dove but put in the bodywash for the deoderant in the equation. It does give you a headache after a while but well worth it!!!

I get the Dove stack but I'm surprised they let you do the Scrubbing Bubbles stack.
If I understand it correctly, they let you use 2 BOGO"s on just one initial purchase, and both the $5wub3, and $5WUspend $10.
(But you DIDN'T buy 3, you bought 1, and got 2 freebies, and I'm surprised
they let you use the $5WUB3, for that very reason.)
As well, I thought London Drugs only let you do 1 BOGO, per item purchased.

I thought it made sense with the BOGO's being different - One was for a scrubbing bubbles when you buy scrubbing bubbles, and the other was for a fantastic when you buy a scrubbing bubbles, and I had bought one. Both BOGO coupons were from different sources, and the 5WUB3 was yet another source.
My assumption (please someone correct me if I am wrong
) with LD allowing stacking is that each coupon has a unique bar code, and that the store may not try to claim funds for more product than they have ordered withing the past few months per barcode. I'm assuming if there is ever an audit, they would go by how many of a certain coupon redeemed rather than how many of a certain product ordered when it is an item that has multiple coupons in circulation.
Lastly, if you are someone I've met in person recently, please PM me to figure this out, cause for obvious reasons I'd rather stay on your good side :D

I don't think we've met lately, as you're in Alberta, and I'm in BC.

I also don't work for London Drugs (if that's why you'd want to stay on my good side!)
i'm not quibbling with you whether you should be allowed to do this stack;
obviously you can, because your London Drugs is allowing it. I suspect many LD stores wouldn't put all components of this deal through, though.
I just found your stack surprising, as it wouldn't have occurred to me to do this particular stacking combination, as I wouldn't have thought it to be legitimate. (But at your local London Drugs, it is, and you're getting some fabulous deals.)
